You could make a list, give it a heading: Priorities, for instance and then list them down one after the other.

Changing Behaviors
First let us take a quick look at our belief system.
What beliefs are drawing difficulties to us?
Do we have any addictions, if so what belief draws us to that
Notice that.
Next, decide on a present moment goal.
My PMG is to be at ease.
Can I achieve that now? Yes, Relax, let go and just be.
Next consider all the negative thoughts and their experiences you have daily.
Write them down and put them in a cup.
Now imagine sipping from that cup of suffering. Do you like that?
If not dump the cup and feel the relief of being free of those experiences
Now let the cup fill up with curiosity, what now? What next?
Let that process work and stay in curiosity or wonderment for as long as you desire.
After, just go about your day and notice what occurs.
Begin to take command of the emotional system by recommending that the
Mind to be at peace.
Just speak to it as you would a servant, please bring me peace of mind.
Let it know you will wait until it delivers what you have requested. Soon, you may find yourself surprised by the answer that arrives in your awareness,
